BLOOM CINCINNATI-Bloom, Shirley C., age 97, passed away September 16, 2021, beloved wife of the late Bernard Cassell and Leonard Bloom, devoted mother of Randi (Don) Neurman, dear sister of the late Jack Berman, loving grandmother of Will and Andrew Neurman. Private graveside services held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hadassah would be appreciated.
