(Columbia, MD) KAPLAN, Robert H., age 78, passed away November 7, 2021, beloved husband of Bonnie Kaplan, dear son of the late Cornelius and Fay Kaplan, devoted father of Jennifer (Seth) Shaifer, Michael (Michelle Almonte-Kaplan) Kaplan, and Ross Kaplan, caring brother of Sherry Dworsky, loving grandfather of Aidan and Meira Shaifer. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Shiva will be observed via Zoom 7:00 – 8:30pm on Wednesday, November 10 and Thursday, November 11.
