Levinson the late Henry S. and R. Peter Levinson, father-in-law of Cathy K. Levinson, grandfather of Josh, Jen, Molly and Sarah, also survived by seven great grandchildren. Memorial services Monday, August 4, at 3:30PM in the Chapel at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, 3333 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229. Memorial contributions to Mimi F.
